AN AGREEMENT PROBABLE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Jan. 10. The Times’ Teheran correspondent states that a majority of Persian aristocrats, Ministers and ex-Ministers at a meeting favored the acceptance of' the Soviet terms for the treaty, excepting the clauses relating to Socialism in Persia and unlimited consular representation. They expressed the view that no pourparlers should be held until the Soviet troops retire from the front in North ParaiA.—Times Sorvice.
