AMERICA’S WITHDRAWAL FROM COUNCIL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Washington, Jan. 10. It is reported that the United States has decided to withdraw from the Council of Ambassadors, meeting in Paris, which is to consider Peace Treaty matters on the ground that the present administration is not in a position to interpret the will of the American people as a result of the November election.—Aus.-N.Z.
