DIFFICULTIES OF TOUR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Jan. 10. Besides the shipping trouble interfering with the departure of the Verbrugghen orchestra for New Zealand, the question of Government help is also involved. The orchestra cannot undertake the tour without some sort of guarantee of expenses until the returns from x the New Zealand concerts begin to be realised. It is understood that, if the Government is convinced that the tour will be a financial success, assistance will be provided.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
