QUARREL WITH GERMAN.
BRITISH OFFICER KILLED. London, Dec. 13. A Berlin message says that a quarrel occurred at Kattowitz between a British lieutenant anil a German, formerly an air officer, and the former was killed. The German officer has voluntarily surrendered to the police.
