SOLDIERS IN RUSSIA.
PEACEFUL ARMY TO BE RAISED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 31. 8.5 p.m. Helsingfors, Dec. 30. Russian newspapers officially announce the early demobilisation of all soldiers between the ages of 18 and 35 who have been transferred to the Labor Corps. It is intended to raise an army of two millions to rebuild Russian industries and agriculture.
