SIGNS OF CHRIST'S COMING—THE CHURCH SIGN. ''"Now, when Jesus was born" in Bethlehem of Judaea .... there came wise-men from the East to Jerusalem . . . . to worship Him." Many of the "wise men" of. this land, though taking the name of Christians, alas! deny worship to the Holy Child Jesus. Whilst not openly calling Moses a liar, the veracity of the holy writers of Scripture is questioned. AYc 1 have recently heard a great deal of alleged messages from the Spirit World, but we have no hesitation in saying that these messages have never come from ''the better world". It is our firm conviction that this newly discovered country is none other (ban the place that the Lord Jesus came to earth to deliver us from. The religion of the Apostles. Prophets, Martyrs, our Puritan and Covenanting Fathers, is good enough for us. We are satisfied ill the Incarnation, the Death, the Resurrection, and the Hope of the Coming again of our Lord Jesus Christ. The New Testament Scriptures warn us that in these days there will li,« a great, a universal, apostacy., from which recovery is impossible. The final apostacy will culminate in a person, the personal Anti-Christ. Then shall that WICKKD (one) be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His month, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming; even Him. Wlnlse Coming is after the working of Satan, with all power and sii»»s and lying wonders, and with all dceeivablencss of unrighteousness is them that perish, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might he saved.
