Daniels (Secretary to the Navy), in the course of a statement, says the supremacy of sea power is now dependent upon fuel oil, and personally lie favors the nationalisation of oil reBOUrctH. Mr. Daniels quotes Admiral Ffsher. as saying it would be criminal folly for England to use another pound of coal on board fighting ships, and adds that other nations are conserving their own oil and exhausting American supplies. ..
