Searle (New Plymouth) 83; Rifleman Elliott (Raneitikei) 82. TWO HAWERA SUCCESSES. (LOVEDAY WINS CHAMPIONSHIP. Wanganui, Last Night. The Wanganui Rifle Association's meeting was concluded to-day. The weather was unsettled and considerable rain fell. The conditions were unfavorable to marksmen, who "were present from all parts of the Dominion. The championship was won by H. C. Loveday, of Hawera. The North Island champion teams match was won by Hawera_ who receive the Elmslie Memorial Challenge Shield.
