The Echo do Paris learns from Teheran that the statements made in the British Parliament regarding the evacuation of Persia by British troops caused a commotion throughout the country. Many Anglo-French residents are preparing to quit Persia, and banks are winding up their affairs. The British Legation will probably not remain, and the Persian Government has accepted tbe establishment of a Bolshevik Legation.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. '
