MEAGHER'S 'REINSTATEMENT. Svdney, Dec. 21. The R. D. Meagher Bill, replacing Mr. Meagher on the roll of solicitors, passed all its stages in the Legislative Council by 24 votes to 19. KALGOORLIE ELECTION. Perth, Dec, 21. Mr. Foley is still lending by 397 votes; there are 2000 votes still to come. The other candidate is Mr. Mahon, who was recently expelled from the Federal House of Representatives.
