As no prohibition was issued against Losing the contest it came off, and Coo'c won after 15 rounds.
ALLEGED BREACH OF AGREEMENT. Wellington, Dee. IS. A motion by Robert R. OEyre, manazor tor the heavy-weight boxer George Cook, for an injunction to restrain Cool; from 'committals a breach of agreement in participating in last night's fight, or In the alternative £.IOO damages, was removed from tt:o Supreme Court to-day, the parties having submitted the case to arbitration. Plaintiff based his action on the allegation that Cook had failed to observe the conditions of an agreement made on July 1, 1820, under which Eyre was to act as Cook's manager.
