EVERYBODY'S. MATINEE TO-DAY. Apart from the magnificent acting of Pauline Frederick, and the glamor her wonderful gowns excite in feminine hearts, the psychology of "The Fear Woman" makes it more than usually interesting. Everyone has at some time felt fear, blind unreasoning, and in this romance of a beautiful girl left an inheritance of terror that bids fair, to shatter all her dreams of happiness, there are many scenes that will unduly thrill the onlooker. It is a modern drama of society of to-day, and never has the exotic beauty and magnificent appeal of Pauline Frederick been seen to bettor advantage. Vivian Martin stars on the sams bill in a Fox feature "A Modern Thelma." Both pictures show this afternoon and*»flnally tonight.
THE PEOPLE'S. 1 ELAINE HAMMERSTEIN IN A SELZNICK SCREEN' PLAY. The second Selznis'* production in which the young and brilliant star, Elaine Hammerstein appears, is entitled ''The Shadow of Rosalie Byrnes," and with a powerful gtory and magnificent production the - picture will rank among the big successes.
