The case, forwarded by fife Winton Jockey Club, reporting that J. Dully had been fined £2O for interference, was considered, and the Board inflicted the penalty of six months' disqualification. The Association decided to Void at !.ts nest meeting an enquiry Into the starting at tho Forbury Park Club's spring meeting, and invite the club to send a representative. It- was decided to suspend till next season the resolution recently passed compelling stakes for trotting events on racing club's programmes to be brought up to the average value for the whole programme.
