BISMARCK AS PROPHET.
' DANGER AHEAD.
By Telegraph.—Press Asan.—Copyright,
London, Dec. 12. Bismarck's long-suppressed reminiscences have been published. Swiss newspapers reveal that he foresaw the world's war and Germany's downfall through the ex-Kaiser's dictatorial temperament. He relates his vain efforts to cope with the Imperial megalomania. Bismarck writes; "I see serious danger ahead for Germany and the whole of Europe. The later the catastrophe the more terrible it will be."
