FREEZING WORKERS' DEMANDS
Wellington, Dee. 11,
In answer to the statement made by Mr. Niall in connection with the freezing dispute, it is pointed out by the owners that one conference with the' employees' representatives was held in October and at a later conference of freezing companies a committee was set up to meet the federation representatives. Mr. Niall, on behalf of the federation, declined this conference, as already reported in a previous press massage. In his statement Mr. Niall ignores the fact that the companies offered to submit the dispute to the Arbitration Court.
