(John Breman, manager of the Whitechapel branch of Lloyd's Bank, was charged with a customer, Jacob Prager, in being concerned jointly in forging an acceptance bi.U for £940. The prosecution stated that the prisoners admitted similar-forgeries involving a total of £4o,000.)
