LOCALITY.—The property is situate at Maraetai, about 17 miles by rail from Putaruru. CONTOUR.—The land is flat to very easy rolling, the undulating portion being those broad tablelands which give a ' beautiful appearance to any farm. There is no broken land on the property. Practically every inch has been under the plough. Views of the subdivision inset on the plans, which will be posted on request, convey a general idea of the land to be offered, with the exception of the fact that hundreds of acres of flat land are not shown.
