KEENAN v. RUTHERFORD. AT ELTHAM TO-NIGHT. Tl is contest, which is to be held at Elthaiu to-night, In creatine a great deal of interest iu Taranaki aououg the supporters of the noble art. Both men are In the pink of condition. Keenan is already lu Elthaiu, and Kutherford arrived from Waiiganui last night. Both men have met before, and after u great contest Rutherford received the decision by a narrow margin, which Keenan is very anxious to wipo out this time. Along with Keenan there are four amateurs from Auckland billed to meet Taranaki men. Canute, of Stratford, fights Clarry, of Eltham, at catch weights; Duggan, of Hawera, meets MulUons, of Auckland, while the evergreen Bill Coambes, otherwise known as •Taranaki Jack/' meets Dignnn, of Auckland, and there will also be two other bouts. The booking of seats is going off very fas'., and there is every indication of a bumper house. The committee have been working very hard during the last week, and the secretary (Mr. .T. W. Turnbull) states t)w everything is well In hand. t
