Toowoomba was commenced on a wet wicket this afternoon. The former batted first, play opening on matting. When stumps were drawn for the day the scare stood at 109 for three wickets. A HATCH POSTPONED. Sydney, Dec. 8. Owing to the continued rain play in the New South Wales v. South Australia match has been postponed. 1821 TEST MATCHES. London, Dec. 7. The following dates have been died for the test matches in 1921: May 25, Nottingham; June 11, London, at Lords; July 2, Leeds; July 23, Manctester; August 13, London, at the Oval. In addition the Australians will meet Marjiebone at Lords on May 21. TO-BAY'S FIXTURES. The competition in North Taranaki wili be continued to-day, the fixtures driwn up being as follows; New Plymouth v. TJren'ti, at Recrea'lon Grounds; Inglewood v. Tlkorangl. at Tlkoringi. The following will represent New Plymouth versus Urenul at the Recreation Grounds today: Dinnlss, Nlcoll, Woollett, Hart, Sheppard, Hoffmann, Wright, Taile, Waller, Klnnear, Olker. Emergency: Hooker. Players are requested to be on tbe ground at 1.30 p.m. sharp.
