A resolution has been introduced into I the House of Representatives giving notice to the League of Nations that President Wilson's acceptance of any functions, either alone or in conjunction with other Governments, must not be construed as obliging the United' States Government to use its forces or treasure for any purpose whatsoever i.l Armenia. The Spanish Ambassador lias informed the State Department of Spain's willingness to co-operate with Presjfent Wilson in any way possible to ameliorate Hie Armenian situation.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
