! SALE OF ICING SUGAR. By TeleprapU.—Press Assn —Cops-rigM. Auckland, Last Night. The restrictions on the manufacture for the sale of icing sugar, imposed in July last, have been relayed by the Board of Trade, effective until January 15 next. Hitherto this commodity could only be manufactured from ordinal y sugar by a special permit from the Board, but now anyone wishing for icing sugar may take their allotment to the grinders and have it ground. The lifting c{ the embargo will not affect the amount of sugar allotted at present, nor call for any increased output, it simply permits of turning ordinary sugar into icing sugar at the possessor's w\ih.
