The Bombay correspondent of the Daily Express states that an article in the Times of India exposes the enormous waste of money in the East Persian campaign, the cost of which is estimated at 100 millions. AMERICAN TARIFF. Washington, Dec. I. A Bill providing a tariff of 35 cent*per bushel pn wheat will be introduced in the House of BepresentatMes by Kansas. This preventive measure is designed to restrict the importation of Canadian wheat, in the hope that the present decline wfll he cheeked.
