REPEALING BY-LAW, IPHfi By-laws made by the Council on the 25th day of November, 1903, th« 19th October, 1904, and the 19itt July, 1905, and which are at present in force shall be and the same are hereby repealed as from the twentieth day of December, 1920, but no such repeal shall affect any offences committed, notices given, prosecutions commenced or permit, grant, permission or consent issued, made or given under such Bylaws when repealed or the validity, invalidity, effect jr consequence of anything done, omitted or suffered under any such By-laws before the repeal or affect the proof of any act, omission or thing that shall have occurred or arising under any such repealed By-laws or prevent any such, repealed By-laws from being put in force for the recovery of any duties, taxes, fees, fines, penalties or forfeitures incurred in such repealed By-laws. The above By-law was made by special order and duly confirmed on the twentieth day of November, 1920.
