VISIT TO NAPIER. By Telegraph.—rress Association Napier, Nov. 30. Lord and Lady Jolliooe arrived at Napier last night aud were accorded a civic, reception in the Municipal Theatre last evening, when there was a large attendance. The Mayor, Mr. Vigor Brown, presented an illuminated address of welcome. After the ceremony Lord and Lady Jellicoe stopped at the exit and shook hands with all present. This morning the Vice-Regal party visited di/lerent parts and institutions o r the town and were entertained at luncheon at the Masonic Hotel, where local bodies and Government Departments were represented. The city was gaily decorated with flags and coloured lights.
