TRIBUTE FROM BELGIUM. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Prime Minister to-day received a cablegram informing him that the King of the Belgians has been pleaßed to confer upon him the decoration of Grand Officer de Lordre de la couronne de Belgique "in recognition of the help rendered to Belgium i.i time of war." The cablegram came from the Belgian Consul in Sydney, wl;:> mentioned that he expected to visit New Zealand in January and invest Mr. Massey with the decoration.
