PETLOURA'S DEFEAT.
' _______ TROOPS DISARMED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. London, Nov. 24 A Moscow wireless message reports that Soviet troops defeated Petloura's rearguard, capturing Volochissk with many prisoners, machine-guns, and three armored trains. The last remnants of Petloura's troops crossed the Polish frontier, where they were disarmed.
