The Shanghai correspondent of .the Chicago Tribune reports that Chinese bankers will meet on December ;"> for the purpose of organising a national Chinese Bankers' Association to undertake national financing and to co-operate with the consortium of the bankers of the great Powers. The organisation adopted a resolution urging that no further foreign loans should be accepted without the approval of the Chinese Parliament.
