PUKEKAWA MURDER CASE.
DATE OF NEW TRIAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Nov. 20. Counsel in the Pukekawa murder case conferred this morning and decided to apply to the Chief Justice on Monday for a date early in December for the second trial of Thorn. It is understood that the proceedings will be considerably curtailed.
