WOOL IN AMERICA.
| BUSINESS LESS ,i'TIVE. I By Telegraph.—Pres3 Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 21, 5.5 p.m. New York, Nov. 10. The Boston Commercial Bulletin states that business in the American markets this week, is less active, although there has been some business done in a moderate way. The woollen goods market is still dull and unsettled, although the announcement of cuts in prices by wholesale clothiers is taken as a good omen. The talk of early tariff action has also encouraged the woollen goods trade somewhat.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
