SPREADING TO SIBERIA. By Telegraph.—Pies! Aisn— Copyright. Received Nov. 20. 5.5 p.m. Tokio, Nov. 19. Vladivostok advices state that following the defeat of General Wrangel, the Moscow Soviet is seriouslv turning attention to Siberia, anil has Instructed the Veryhiteudinsk Government to take the strongest measures' to secure a general recognition of the Bolsheviks. A Russian Far-Eastern Government has been established by Chita, and the reactionary Kappelites and Simionivites must be wiped out unless they recognise Chita. Meanwhile, partisans make fine capital out of General Wrangel's defeat and the Chita Government is already issuing orders to Vladivostok. The latter assembly, hesitating, postponed the session, considering the Japanese reepated announcement will not permit communism wherever its troopg are stationed. The outlook is full "of dark possibilities.— Reuter Service.
