QUESTION OF ADMINISTRATfON. By Telep-npn.—l'tess Association. Capetown, Nov. 17. The Parliamentary Commission at Pretoria on the South-West Africa Protectorate, in tile first report stated that all the evidence agreed on the desirability of some form of council to assist the Administrator. The report recommended the early establishment, of a purely advisory board of six members, five from the different classes of the population and the sixth from the civil service, to represent the interests of the natives.—Aus.-N.Z.
