THEOSOPHY.

LAST NIGHT'S LECTURE. The second lecture oi' the series was delivered last night l>y Mr. IT. Banks, national lecturer for the Theosophical Society in New Zealand, at the Thensophieal llall, New Plymouth, on the subject of "The Mighty Power of Thought." The lecturer said that occult investigation had revealed the fact that man possesses other bodies besides the physical, which are composed of inconceivably fine material, beyond the range of mortal eye..to perceive. One of these is the thought body, which is an ovoid mist extending several feet beyond the periphery of Ihp physical. Thought is a movement or vibration arising in this aura, as it is called, which assumes a definite form according to the nature of the thought, and breaks off from the aura to float away in space. If a person is thought of in a kindly manner, this living thought reaches him,, hovers over him, and awaits a receptive moment to enter, when it will affect for good his entire character, returning when its mission in fulfilled to bless its produce. On Sunday evening Mr. Banks will take as his subject ''The Realms Beyond the Grave."
