A SUCCESSFUL OPENING, RECORD ENTRIES. (From Our Special Reporter.) Wanganui, Last Night. For an opening day the attendance was satisfactory, and for People's Day tomorrow special train arrangements have been made, and the' Quean Alexandra Band will be in attendance. Mr. F. ft. Seddon, the new secretary, id to be congratulated on the way lie has managed his first show. Mr. C. Goodsou (Haweraj judged the Jerseys, Mr. E. A. Washer the milking Shorthorns, and Mr. A. Hunter Ryelands, Southdowns, and Shropshire down sheep. Results of the judging are:— CATTLE. MILKING SHORTHORN. In milking Shorthorn, Mrs. ,T.
