WHEAT IMPORTATION BARRED. By Telegriph.—Fross Assn.—Copyright. Capetown, Nov. 15. The Government, under a Moratorium Act, has prohibited the importation of flour and wheat. The Government still has on its hands large stocks of-Canadian and Australian flour, which were imported to cope with a threatened shortage.
