RETURN TO NEW ZEALAND. "TOO EARLY TO GIVE PLANS." By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Sir Thomas Mackenzie, ex-High Commissioner for New Zealand, reached Wellington on board the Remuera today. He and other passengers did not 'get ashore until after 8 o'clock. After retiring from the High Coinmissionership, Sir Thomas accepted a trade mission to the United States on hehalf of the New Zealand Government, and he has a report to presant to the Uovemraent.
