BRITISH SHIPS NEUTRAL. By Telegraph.—P«33 Assu.—Copyright London, Nov. 15. The assertion that British warships have gone to the Black Sea to blockade the Crimea is denied. The British warships are preventing the Bolsheviks sending munitions to Asia Minor.
