The Rev. George Miller, of Aslibnrton, has been nominated by the Auckland Presbytery for the of lice of Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Chureli of New Zealand. He has 26 years' service, to his credit. The death occurred in Auckland on Sunday of Mr. Charles F. Potter, formerly postmaster at Dannevirke, and at one time on the staff of the Wellington Telegraph Office. Ho was born at sea 56 years ago, and was a brother of Celoael H, R. Potter, of Auckland.
