CHIEF RABBI'S TOUR.

JEWISH WAR MEMORIAL. | London, Oot. 8. The chief rabbi, Dr. J. H. Hertz, and I Mr. Albert Wofilf, vice-presidents of the United Synagogue, who are miking a tour of the Overseas Dominions, departed by the Llanstephan Castle for Capetown, They will leave South Africa for Australia on January 16, and arrive in Auckland on May 24. After visiting Canada and the United States they will return to Britain by way of South Africa, finally leaving Capetown on December 17, 1921. One of the objects of the tour is to raise funds for a Jewish war memorial, including the founding of a Jewish seminary and the establishment of a minister's training college at Oxford.
