A meeting of -the executive committee of the Geneva Internationale in Loudon, Mr. Arthur Henderson presiding, issued a manifesto against "the slavery of capitalistn" and against "the tyrannical dictatorship of Bolshevism." The manifesto the third Internationale (held at Moscow) of being a demoralising and armed dictatorship seeking to impose its will upon Socialists and Laborites of the whole world. They robbed the workers of freedom, and seek to prevent the creation of an economic democracy.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
