The interim report of the accountant to tht sub-committee investigating the wool profits reveals extraordinary statistics. It shows that one firm made thirtyBva times more profit than before the war, and nearly twenty-five times more after deducting the excess profits duty. The least successful firm examined, by the accountant showed four times the jpra-war profit, after deducting excess profits duty.—Renter Service. FORTUNE IN COTTON. COATES' FOUR MILLION PROFIT.
