Government can make arrangements for a, favorable rate of freights with the shipping companies on phosphates from -Nauru to New Zealand, and in view oi' the abnormally high prices ruling at the present lime for manures in tlie Dominion, and, further, in view of the Prime Minister's definite statement that he is met with this very great difficulty that there are not a sufficient number of crushing plants to meet the requirements of the Dominion, he will erect live nee,tesVM!ry and urgently- required plants to be controlled by the State; and, if so, whether he will make provision for one being erected in Tarastka
