Cable Assn. ORGANISED ATTACKS ON POLICE. London, Nov. 1. A telegram from Dublin states that the series of outrages seems to suggest a pre-arranged attack on the Royal Irish Constabulary throughout the country. Between Sunday night and noon on Monday attempts were made on the lives of 62 policemen.—Times. London, Nov. 2. Mr. Winston Churchill, in the House of Commons, stated that, as a result of Inquiries into recent events in Ireland, leveral non-commissioned officers and fien will be court-martialled.—Aus.-#2. REPRISALS AT TRALEE. Further reprisals are reported at Tralee. Uniformed men fired through the streets and one man was killed and leveral wounded. Notices posted in Tralee state that, Unless two policemen now in the custody of the Sinn Feiners are released by this morning, reprisals of a character unprecedented in Ireland will occur In Tralee. It is reported that the bodies of two missing men have "been found in a field outside the town riddled with bullets and the inhabitants, expecting a night of terror, are fleeing. The shops are shuttered and the streets (leserted. One hundred and twenty men ambushed a police patrol at Carrick-on-Shannon. One policeman was killed and three wounded.
