cial meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held on the 11th day of October, 1920, a resolution was passed, the object or purport of which is to widen Frankley Road in the Borough of New Plymouth by the inclusion therein of ALL THAT piece of land situate in the Borough of New Plymouth containing 27 perches, ho the same a little more or less, BEING that part of section 22 on the Public Maps of the Fitzroy District colored pink on the plan, deposited in the Land Transfer Office at New Plymouth as No. 3936, AND BEING part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title registered in Register Book Volume 24, Folio 245 (Taranaki Registry), AND ALSO to widen Holdsworthy Eoad in the said Borough by the inclusion therein of ALL THAT piece, of land situate as "aforesaid, containing 10.09 perches, be the same a little more or less, BEING part of the Subdivision numbered 1 of Subdivision B of the Section Numbered 33 on the Public, Maps of the Fitzroy District, as the said Subdivision is more particularly shown on the Plans deposited as aforesaid as Numbers 291 and 373, and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title registered in Register Book Volume 22, Folio 212.
