BRITISH STATESMANSHIP CONDEMNED. By Telegraph.—Prtas Assn.—Copyricht. Delhi, Nov. 1. The Trade Union Congress has reassembled. Lalajpatrai said he had come to the conclusion to place 110 more faith in British statesmanship. tie was determined, therefore, to follow on his policy. Mr. Wedgwood appealed for the formation of unions, and the avoidance of wild and disorganised strikes. The meeting passed a resolution nominating a standing committee for a year to manage the affairs of the Congress, and further the cause of the workers until a permanent constitution is adopted.—Aus.-N.Z.
