A DIVORCE CASE.
RETURNED SOLDIER INVOLVED. By Telegraph.—Press Association". Auckland, Last Night. Allegations of adultery were made against Ernest Frank Andrews, secretary of the Auckland Returned Soldiers' AsHociation, 1))' his wife, Mary Andrews, who petitioned for a divorce at tho Supreme Court to-day, before Mr, Justice Oooper and a jury. The petition stated that the -parties were married at the Methodist Church, Avonilale, in 1009, and then afterwards lived in Auckland, Wellington, Palmerston North, and again in Auckland. There were two children, boys, one beijjg 10 years old and the other 8. It was al- ■ Itged that on October 7, 1918, and on various other dates between March 1, '' . I!H6, and February, 1918, respondffflt committed adultery with a certain woman. The defence was a denial of the allegations. The ease has not concluded.
