BANDIT RULE TO END. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn Copyright, Received Oet. 31, 5.5 p.m. Washington, Oct, 30. The Secretary for State (Mr. Colby) says the United States will shortly recognise the Obregon Government in Mexico. The new Mexico faces the world with pride, and confidence, and without a rebel in arms against the Government. The Mexican question will soon cease to be a question, as it- is about to be settled in the 'interest of the United States and the world.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
