Tho Council of the League of Nations, at present meeting here, is confronted with the Polish-Lithuanian question and its complications induced by Ui9 action of Lolignowaki. It is stated, however, that the Council is unable to induce either the Lithuanians or tat Poles to undertake military action Against Lolignowski. It is nnduatood the Council is unable to appeal to force, and decided to postpone a settlement ! which can take the form of economia pressure only.—Reuter Service.
