THE CASE OF STRATFORD. (By Wire.—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. Mr. R. Masters to-day gave notice to ask the Minister for RailWays whether, in view of the fact that the leases on the railway sections on the west side of Broadway, Stratford, have expired, a temporary extension having been given, he will, when making conditions for a fresh Icrsc, one similar to the education lease, namely, for a term of 21 years with a perpetual right of renewal, with a revaluation at the end of each 21 years, and with a provision giving full protection for improvement.
