NO INDIVIDUAL COMPULSION. Br Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrijht. Received Oct. 25, 8 p.m. _,, London, Oct. 25. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily News announces that the British Government has decided that in the event of the German Government's voluntary default in the performance of its peace obligations, Britain will not adopt against individual Germans any economic or financial measures of compulsion allowable under the Peace Treaty.
