AFGHANISTAN COMING TO HEEL. By Telenapli.—Press Assn.—Copyrijlit. Delhi, Oct. 22. The Bolshevik demonstration at Bokhara has induced the Amir of Afghanistan to cultivate friendly relations with the Government of India. The Amir has sorely missed the Government subsidy and now, with the Bolsheviks on his frontiers, he will approach India- for assistance. Meanwhile the Bolsheviks have arrested the Afghan Consuls at Bokhara, Tashkent and Marv.—Renter.
